Body Coach

You want what works, and you don’t want to waste your time. Tony Spratt of the Body Coach feels the same way.

My quest since 1980 is to find the answers. What I have found is you should use a lot of common sense, and do the simple basics, in both exercise and your eating habits, then keep doing these things over and over. I know, I know that’s not what you wanted to hear, it’s not some state of the art cutting edge discovery, but face it…it’s the TRUTH!
